E. CARTER CORRISTON, JR. is an associate with the firm of Breslin and Breslin, P.A.. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey (1992); the Bar of the State of New York (1992) and the United States District Court of New Jersey (1992). He is a graduate of both the Fordham University College of Business Administration and the School of Law.

Mr. Corriston was a Law Secretary to the Honorable William C. Meehan, Superior Court of New Jersey (1992-1993). He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association since 1993 and served as an officer in the Young Lawyers Division of the Association and as President in 1999. He currently serves as a delegate to the State Bar Association. He also serves on several civil and criminal practice committees within the Bar Association and is a court certified mediator.

Mr. Corriston has served as an alternate municipal public defender for the Borough of Paramus representing indigent defendants on non-indictable offenses. He is currently the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Palisades Park, the Borough of Demarest and the Borough of Haworth.

Mr. Corriston handles Municipal Land Use Matters; Residential and Commercial Real Property matters. He represents both petitioners and respondents in the Workers Compensation Court and both plaintiff’s and defendant’s in Civil actions.
